The Market

The Greater Pittsburgh DMA (Designated Market Area) is nearly 2.9 million people! The Allegheny Show draws attendees from all of middle and Western PA, Southeast Ohio, Northern West Virginia and even Northwest Maryland!

The Facility

As you may know, our old “home,” the Monroeville ExpoMart, is being reduced in size by nearly 50%.. Which made the decision to move a NECESSITY. The good news is - we have more space, more ceiling height and more unloading docks than ever before!! Look for exciting new features like: Indoor flycasting demos, NEW Travel Theater, Indoor Archery Range, GIGANTIC STAGE & WATER SHOW with the Lumberjack Show, Snake Pit and Gold Panning!

Installation/Dismantling

Management will pay for (1) hour of labor for move-in and (1) hour of labor for move-out (straight time labor only, Mon.-Fri., 8am-4pm). Exhibitors moving in during overtime will be responsible for labor costs.

Exhibit Rates

Standard Exhibit Space: $775.00 for 10'x10' (100 sq. ft.) Before June 1 st

$825.00 for 10'x10' After June 1st

Corner Locations: $100.00 additional

Bulk Rates: Certain items such as boats, trucks, ATVs, etc. qualify for “bulk Exhibit” Rates. Those rates are as follows:

400-799 sq. ft. = $4.75 per sq. ft.

800 sq. ft. and over = $4.00; Enclosure/Ground Level Exhibit Hall 800 sq. ft. & over $3.20 per sq. ft.

BOAT DEALERS 800 sq. ft. & over - $3.20 per sq. ft.

Payment Terms: 50% due with and upon signing Exhibit Contract. The remaining 50% balance will be due on or before December 12, 2008
